	1.	Athletes listed were first claim members of the Box Hill Athletic Club at the time of the performance, and for under age records they were under the age on the day of the performance.
	2.	Performances must be traceable to an official document such as Athletics Australia rankings.
	3.	No wind assisted results are listed.
	4.	The international edict for electronic times has been applied i.e. 0.24 seconds allowed for hand times (m) for 100 metres and 200 metres and 0.14 seconds for 400 metres and longer for record purposes.
