Box Hill athletes performed well in the Victorian Cross Country Championships held at Bundoora Park on Saturday 21st July 2007 with the men’s Division 1 team finishing 3rd, the men’s Division 3 team finishing 1st and the Under 20 team 2nd. Congratulations to all Box Hill athletes who competed at the All Schools Cross Country Championships also held at Bundoora on the same day. Special mention to Jayde Anderson who won the girls under 14 championship. Other outstanding performances included Mark Poli’s 6th place in the under 18 men’s competition and Helen McCrae’s 11th place in the women’s under 18 race.
