VALE COLIN POCKLINGTON

It is with sad regret that we saw the passing of Colin Pocklington on Tuesday morning. Colin had a very tough battle with cancer and several operations during his treatment. Only last season, Colin was a valued member of our 40+ team and participated in the Shield final, were we where runners up.

Colin and his family have been heavily involved in the club for many years and he will be sadly missed. Colin was always a very kind and generous man and lived his life with dignity and honour, he earned the respect and admiration of all those who knew him.

On behalf of all of his friends and colleagues at Box Hill we would like to pass on our deepest sympathies to Colin’s family in this time of loss. To Meredith, Joel, Dion, Ben, and Alex, our thoughts are with you.
