ROUND 4 OF SHIELD COMPETITION AT NUNAWADING ON THIS SATURDAY
Round 4 of shield competition will be held at Nunawading on this Saturday, November 14.
The program starts at 1:30pm (1:00pm for the hammer throw). The order of events will be, walk, hurdles, 200m, 800m, 4x400m relay, 5000m (3000m for U18/U16). The field events will be hammer throw, shot put, high jump, triple jump.
See the attached timetable.
This is the same program that will be used for the shield finals (except all divisions run the 3000m in the finals instead of 5000m), so this is an opportunity to do several events and be qualified for the finals.

RELAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
The state relay championships will be held at Lakeside Stadium on Saturday, November 28. We are hoping to enter teams in all age groups. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are available to take part in this event so that we can enter the appropriate teams.
